Delivery and Returns Policy

1. Delivery

We aim to deliver your order quickly and with care.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

We currently deliver to Switzerlands, and are working to expand our reach. For international orders, please contact us at info@studioechoform.com before placing your order.

2. Returns

We hope you love your Echo Form piece, but if you are not completely satisfied:

  • Eligibility: You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Non-returnable items: Custom orders and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, email us at info@studioechoform.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
